• Revision of P&ID,Wiring,Cause and effect,Control documents,Instrument Layout,Instrument datasheets,,etc.

  •Artic LNG2- Involved in Preparation of all Instrumentation deliverables for complete Package.
  •Project Co-ordination with System vendors and Customer.
  •Aramco(Abqaiq,Qatif)-Revision of Instrumentation deliverables and As-built drawings for the package.

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Instrumentation deliverables like: Instrument List,
  I/O list for -(Pump Seal systems, Decoking systems).
• Instrument Datasheets(ISA,ISF format- SPI Intools external editor).
• Reviewing of Project specification documents.
• Revision of Instrument Wiring diagrams,Instrument Layout,Instrument Hook-up diagram,Equipment and utility list,.other related documents.
• Preparation of techno-commercial Information for Mechanical Seal systems.

• Design and configuration of PLC using Unity Pro(for schnedier M340,M580 models)
• Creation of PLC variable tags,function blocks. PLC and SCADA interfacing.

Projects:

PURGE Control panel for Soot Blower(BHEL):

• Preparation of PLC function blocks and HMI Screen Design.
• PLC used:Schneider modicon-M580.

AIIMS Gorakhpur:

• Preparation of I/O List.
• Design and development of Variable tags for field instruments.
• Scada Screen Designing using Citect Scada(2018).

• Preparation of Instrument Datasheets(ISA format)
• Preparing revision Drawings in Autocad.
