Naresh Sijapati

Naresh Sijapati is a dedicated social entrepreneur and the founder/ CEO of Online Saathi & Panah Foundation, a transformative social enterprise focused on empowering informal workers across India. With a profound grassroots understanding of the challenges faced by this sector, Naresh has spearheaded an innovative model that has positively impacted over 36000+ Informal workers 1000+ Saathis(NitiMitras) Networks across 15 states. As a Research Fellow at Sewa International, a humanitarian organization addressing critical social issues, Naresh conducts insightful research to understand and bridge gaps in community needs. His commitment extends beyond the realm of business, as evidenced by his significant contributions to disaster relief, health, education, and livelihood initiatives. He was RTI activitist and Has done more than 1000+ RTI to government offices as well, He Did a Remarkable Walk In 10 states of India for 6 month where he covered 100 district of India and Met 70+ District colletor and Official to share the issue of migrant workers and did two days protest in Jantar Manter as well. He also hold little bit Understanding of Banking and Insurance while worked as a Consultant to State Bank of India in Ahemdabad. Naresh holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Gujarat University, providing him with a strong foundation in business processes and operations management. Further enriching his entrepreneurial journey, he completed a fellowship at the School for Social Entrepreneurs, where he gained valuable insights and mentorship on scaling and sustaining impactful social ventures. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Naresh has worked with Teach For India Ahmedabad, offering support to the team and fellows. A motivational speaker and publisher of a newspaper, Naresh is recognized for his dynamic leadership and dedication to driving positive change. His multifaceted contributions reflect a passion for making a meaningful impact on the world.
