Supporting fishery-based interventions through SHGs, Producer Groups (PGs), and Fish Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), ensuring effective tracking and coordination for sustainable fisheries initiatives under the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.

Contributing to policy development for the Matsya Sakhi program and the Matsya Sakhi Fish Farm Model.

Achievements:

• Onboarded 60+ Fisheries Cooperatives, 50 Matsya Sakhis, 2 Integrated Fishery Cluster (IFC) models, and 10+ Fish Parlours in the region, creating a complete, capacity-driven, and sustainable value chain.
• Designed and implemented an integrated model encompassing the fisheries value chain, financial inclusion, technology interventions, and national/international collaborations for long-term impact.

• India's First AI Lab establishment and MOU signing with various government ministries and private stakeholder.
• Coming up with more than 10Cr. projects in one year and delivered to automation.
• Adapted mentorship style based on individual mentee needs, enabling tailored interventions that drove better results than one-size-fits-all approaches.
• Regularly assessed progress and provided feedback to support continued development.

• Successfully leading operations for 117 Primary Fisheries Cooperative Societies under PM-MKSSY across Meghalaya, Karnataka, Kerala, and Chhattisgarh with NERAMAC and NAFED.
• Successfully managed the training proposal of more than 1000 Fisheries Cooperative Societies.
• Proven expertise in conceptualizing and executing fisheries livelihood projects with a result-oriented, field-driven approach.
• Collaborative experience with College of Fishery Science, Jabalpur in NFDB projects, PMMSY schemes, and fisheries capacity-building initiatives.

• Implemented the Extension Village Adoption Program for 8 FFPO of Uttrakhand in multiple blocks, promoting self-reliance, knowledge transfer, and sustainable aquaculture practices.
• Facilitated functional linkages between stakeholders through Interface Meetings, enabling research–extension integration and better service delivery.
• Designed and conducted vocational training programs in fisheries, aquaculture, and entrepreneurship for rural youth and farmers, enhancing livelihood opportunities and sectoral skills.

• Worked in North India Region, as Assistant Manager for doing baseline survey and to check sustainability of SISTA 360 project with supplying Feed, Seed, Medicine and Consultancy to all stakeholders, liaising with government departments and to develop value chain for shrimp farming direct farm to fork and tech based innovation with spatial and real time data monitoring.

• Developed a website www.FISHI.in and executed business strategies, a consultancy connecting fisheries professionals, government agencies, NGOs, and farmers to streamline operations and increase profitability. Implemented real-time dissemination of information on government schemes and best practices, fostering broader participation and trust in the fishery sector. Enhanced stakeholder returns by leveraging Fishi's digital platform to connect producers with buyers, reducing middlemen and promoting a competitive fishery economy.
