Supporting the Industrial team by providing various inputs related to Manpower / Compensation for finalising the Costing., Handling different vendors with payments., Organising events getting permission from the government., Transportation maintenance and fuel charts., Facilitating orientation program for employees to the business and culture., Looking after the employees, lifecycle related activities from joining to resignation of employee., Strengthening employee engagement initiatives like: Knowledge Sharing Sessions, HR Help Desk / SPOC, HR Issues Escalation Matrix, Fun at work (Cultural Meet / Quiz / Functions / Get Together / Outing), Back at home (Family Get Together / Groups)., Addressing the grievances of all Employees to ensure they get a seamless integration into Company's mainstream., Implementing the Employee Referral Program to institutionalise a referral culture among employees., Checking whether the policies are followed or not., Verifying all the reimbursement claims and approving the same as per the defined policies., Framing the HR Policies., Implementation of PMS, working towards change management, to facilitate and complete the Annual Performance Review of all the employees on time., Handling Performance Management & Employee Development System, including the probation appraisal., Facilitating Self Appraisal, Mid Term Review and retention Management., Initiating rewards & recognition programs & implementing incentive system for employee motivation.
