• Providing L2 support and maintaining client infrastructure on Rotation shift basis via Ticketing Tool (CMSP – Cisco Managed Service Portal)
• Taking down time via Change Request (CR) with approvals of L3 and Client and performing RMA for faulty devices collaboration with cisco vise support engineer and making the devices up into production
• Always giving priority for Branch down cases and chat with respective country IT engineers for immediate support and assisting them with initial Troubleshooting
• Monitoring CMSP Portal for critical Devices alerts polled by SNMP Server and taking immediate actions by checking device health status by troubleshooting and also with help of some cisco Tools like Coral, Sevone, Splunk, NCM, Riverbed, Cisco Prime, Cramer, Aperture
• Raising TAC Calls for Device critical issues and following up with Troubleshooting procedure if necessary, involving the Implementation Team for review and approvals for configuration change require
• Addressing client’s P4 network related issues and troubleshooting one to one with client
• Giving priority to international WAN links of HSBC Data Center connecting from one country to another country joining calls with CNE Teams and ISP to resolve priority
