Monitoring client volume part also by having daily conversation and weekly/monthly meetings both physical and virtual to maintain and increase business.
Prepare and Maintain all kind of reports to analysis and strategize weekly/monthly performance of all accounts i.e. FASR Report, Weekly/Monthly delivery Conversion, Daily Pendency Report to analyze high ageing shipments, PDD Report, Daily Volume Allocation Report etc.
Handling day to day queries of clients for smooth operations and providing closure in desired timeline.
Handling Disputes of all clients both forward & RTO disputes.
Handling Monthly Reconciliation for all clients to provide timely CN/COF.
Daily follow up with Operations to clear all escalations, RAD, Intransit delayed or stuck orders to maintain service level.
Sharing KCI's timely with clients to avoid any information gap if any operational challenge due to any Uncontrollable reason.
