  • Extracted and cleaned weekly customer feedback data from multiple databases using SQL.
  • Analyzed data with pivot tables and built Excel dashboards to visualize trends and insights.

Project 2: Automation for Assisted Survey Data (March 2023- April 2024):

  • Collected and structured SNPS survey data from multiple data sources using SQL, applying advanced functions (e.g., Stored Procedures, Joins, Window Functions, Aggregates, and CASE statements) for accurate data preparation.
  • Integrated structured data into Databricks and collaborated on Python operations to generate static PowerPoint reports for business stakeholders.
  • Performed Power Queries using DAX Calculations and Deployed dynamic Power BI dashboards and sets on auto-refresh weekly, providing real-time insights into customer satisfaction trends.

Project 3: Risk Categories on Customer Satisfaction (March 2023- April 2024):

  • Data importing, Data cleaning, and Data preparation were done using SQL, and cleaned data was sent to Python.
  • Imported Data, trained the data to extract the result, and tested the data with the Logistic Regression and Random Forest models.
  • The matplotlib and seaborn packages are used to visualize the data for better understanding.
  • Built and deployed machine learning models in Python to predict customer categories at risk of low SNPS scores, enabling targeted actions to improve customer satisfaction.

Project 4: Customer Experience Impact Print Products (April 2024-Present):

  • Collected and structured SNPS survey data from multiple databases using SQL (e.g., JOINS, Window Functions, Aggregations, CASE statements) to prepare data for analysis.
  • Performed detailed pivot analysis, and lookup analysis, and created charts (e.g., bar, line, pie) in Excel to extract key insights for presentations to business teams.
  • Performed Power Queries using DAX Calculations Deployed Power BI dashboards for various HP printer products, providing dynamic, real-time business insights that were shared with cross-functional teams.
