Additional Information


  • Initially hired on a temporary off-role as a part of collection team for credit department but was offered a permanent on-role after one year due to my use of key collection techniques to decrease NPA and Cost of collection
  • Regularly exceeded monthly NPA targets and increased average work efficiency of the peers by monitoring them
  • After a year of achieving impressive results on Credit collection and Escalations I was promoted to be a Team leader of Credit Collection Department
  • This role has enabled me to develop high level customer service techniques and to actively listen and focus on individual needs when attempting to close the customer issues.
