  • Supporting North America Applications Consulting projects from project setup to closure.
  • Managing project financial setup, revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections.
  • Working with Oracle tools including: PFM - Project Financial Management (Cloud), PSRS - Project Status Reporting & Scheduling, OTL - Oracle Time & Labor Application.

  • Creating SKU projects and contracts through OM dashboard and sending them to PA team to review and activate if it's a PO mandatory customer.
  • I would setup invoice events for SKU projects and generate invoice and ask PM to approve the invoice.
  • Make any necessary changes on invoice if required, update or edit the comments and send the invoice to PM for approval as per customer requirement (Customize invoice).
  • Credit memo, re-bills process due to different scenarios, and issues (Tax issues, incorrect time entry, to add new PO, customer requirements. Etc...)
  • Helps PM in adding consultants to PSRS tool and help them in forecasting and Send them any required reports and send invoice copies etc whenever requested.
  • Contacting customer/sending follow-up emails to customer on outstanding invoices to get it paid to avoid customer going on to credit hold and any Invoice going write offs or affect P/L.
  • Coordinate with PM and collection, cash apps team to get the invoices paid on time or get the TDS.
  • Track the SKU project's and once the hours are utilized in full and as per PM approval will close the project & contract and get the revenue recognized for SKU.
  • Add the TC for consultants (Transaction control) and Extend the TC.
  • Helps new employees to get the necessary access and make sure they enter time without facing issue.
  • Get the invoice generated for FP Automation project as per the Acceptance certificate received from Customer (Based on Milestone mentioned in the contract).
  • Generate the advance invoicing projects and get the ratable revenue recognized as per OD.

Such as: Adding EBRO, JBRO, Changing the billing and shipping address, Changing the billing contacts, Funding movement/transfer from Labor to expenses/Expenses to Labor, Additional funding (ODA), Time & Expenses adjustments, Bill rate correction, Cost center change, start or End date modification/extension, PO number change, PAB (Preapproved Batch), Termination/De-booking and project closure.
  • Preparing Ops Pack by pulling reports from different sources and consolidate and share it with large group of people on weekly basis, so that it can be accessible for people under one report.
  • Run WIP report on every Monday and find out if any rate correction required, if the project has funding amount to continue further if not inform PM immediately.
  • Running Forecast call with PM and portfolio manager on monthly basis for FP automation projects, to track the milestones completion status, to check on any open roles forecasted in system (Like when can we expect it to be fille), informing PM about any missing timecards, or and schedule conflicts in system and request them to correct it. Calculating revenue for the quarter and make sure PMs are submitting EAC on time to avoid any revenue reversal.
  • Send reminder to PM every month end, to approve the invoice on time.
  • Configuring the projects on PSRS forecasting tool.
  • Helps or Backup for team member if they are on vacation/leaves.
  • Send funding Backlog reports to PM.
  • Setting NB task for projects after getting the NB approval received from Tier level, track the hours charged to NB tasks.
  • Helping PMs to get WAR approval for projects work at risk.
  • Creating reports like-Open items for invoicing, eligible for Invoice Write offs, contract expiration to check with project managers whether we need to extend the end date of the project or can be closed.
  • Working closely with sales people to understand the upcoming projects.
  • Run different reports through BI and CDP Dashboard.
