Project-III

• The scope of the work involves the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of outdoor equipment/gears for signaling works and telecommunication works in connection with Virar (VR)-Dahanu Road (DRD) Quadrupling Project in Mumbai Suburban (MUTP-III), Palghat district.
• Reporting to:-Sse/Rodic/Mumbai
• Client:MRVC

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Project planning, Procurement of Materials & Overseeing works of Technical/Supervisors/Wiremen /Foremen are at site to get the Quality of Output
• Estimated the Material requirement, procurement and nominated the required Technical staff to install and testing of the Equipment based on Approved SIP
• Trenches made as per the RVNL Schedule and Cable Laying in Proper manner I.e
• Meggering the Cables before & after Laying
• Responsible for Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all Signalling equipments & Signalling gears (CLS Signals, LC Gates & TRACK CIRCUITS)
• OUTDOOR particulars for Locations & Signals, Track circuits & Digital Axel Counters
• Day-to-Day reporting to Client-RVNL/RAILWAYS/MRVC of Running works in Safety aspects
• Site Works Execution, Quality Control and also involving in Testing Team towards Commissioning
• Survey of the site with Railway/Rvnl staff for infringement in new work and planning the same to shift so not to disturb the existing railway movement
• Internal wire testing as per the Interface diagram 1Wire 2Wire testing in relay room
• Preparation of Energy Conservation Management (ECM) report to be submitted to Ministry of Environment floor plan of Relay Room as relay racks, CT racks and OCV, Micro Controller of EI with Data Logger, IPS room as placement of mini IPS for EI system and main IPS with maintenance PC placement
• Verification of various drawings as per RDSO latest guidelines as Cable Core Chart, Cable Route Plan, Track Insulation of Plan, as per approved SIP and RDSO guide lines
• Marking Glued Joint,Location foundation and signal foundation as per approved Track Insulation Plan &SIP
• Core to Core meggring and core to earth meggring of various cables before laying, and preparation of report as well
• Checking of RDSO/RITES Inspection request call letter in which confirmation of firm is in RDSO list or not and the quantity mentioned is as per the BOQ list
