• Published Pan India order report analyzing order value, dark store processing metrics, breach attribution, delayed orders, cancelled orders, influx of complaints and resolution TAT of the complaints.

• Spearheaded a BB Now project introducing quick commerce aiming to deliver order within 15 minutes. Plotted 1.5 KM radius on Maptive across India and derived available customer density with the customer database.

• Resolve the customer complaints with the available tools such as kapture and BB admin. Further reduced the resolution TAT of escalation tickets from 2 days to 24 hours.

• Perform sensitive database checks for different clients such as Amazon, Uber, Ola etc. ensuring data integrity.
• Execute SQL queries on the court records data to find a match for the available criminal records and check if it matches with the employee of the organization.
