• Enterprise-wide compliance initiative to comply with RBI directives pertaining to American Express issuing business in India.

IDN Unplug | Client : American Express

• An Enterprise-wide initiative to decommission all data on the POD data warehouse IDN and to Migrate to the POA Big Data platform - Cornerstone.

India Data Localization | Client : American Express

• An enterprise-wide initiative to comply with RBI directives to store all transactional data in India on Indian servers. For this a new India specific data centre was created, all India transactional data within Amex identified and duly migrated to India Data Centre.

• Facilitated sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups for Agile teams.
• Partnered with product owners to manage backlogs, improve velocity, and ensure MVP delivery within regulatory timelines.

• Performed designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting application development process.
• Assessed and gathered the business requirements and converted them into design documents (such as HLD/LLD).
• Reviewed BRD's, functional and design documents, reviewed codes, helped identify root cause of production issues, and suggested best possible solutions.
• Translated document code changes in language understandable by less technical associates in other departments.
