• Call data record analysis:
• Call data record analysis for any problem statement like calling/called number null, invalid cell site id, IMEI blank issue, duration mismatch etc.
• CDR trend and missing analysis using Tableau dashboard.
• Able to debug CDRs and developed code.
• Code analysis:
• Able to debug code to understand its logic and/or problem statement analysis.
• Application level analysis:
• Able to judge application behavior if it's performance is not up to mark due to high CDR volume, rejections, server or database related issue.
• Server level analysis:
• Able to find out if any virtual machine level issue arises like missing mount point, high load average, close wait sessions, cypher mismatch, memory issue, high CPU utilization etc.
