Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring servers and troubleshooting. Work on resolving incidents and daily tasks, like free space alerts, basic level monitoring for stream serve servers, OS level memory and DataDog alerts for pipeline servers, and user issues. Monitoring servers and analyzing whether any issues are observed.
• Spearheading project deployment and conducted validation tests in various stages.
• Facilitating onboarding process for new hires.
• Perform the maintenance activities for all the StreamServe production servers, and also be responsible for clearing the space in the database servers, and conducting the testing to check whether everything is working fine after the maintenance.
• Implementing printer additions, and swiftly manage client/user concerns.
• Maintaining detailed records of project activities in Confluence.
• Manage system efficiency.
• Handling incidents and tasks received via ServiceNow.
• Oversee operations of StreamServe servers in both production and non-production environments.
• Implementing desired features through precise coding in HTML and CSS.
