• Managing a team of 7+ members from responsible for Non-Tech, Customer Success, Channel Sales and Field Sales hiring in Bangalore and Mumbai.
• Working closely with COO, CEO, and SVPs (vertical heads) with respect to prioritization of roles, providing market research, and talent long-lists.
• Worked closely with VCs like Sequoia and DST to close key leadership roles in the lending space .
• Delivered improved numbers in diversity hiring from 10% to 18% with major diversity starting in the Non Tech vertical.
• Supported the management team in building the Financial Services from scratch by identifying the FinServ Head and Collections Head under which the entire team of Field Sales and Collections was built.
• The hiring team has delivered a headcount of 100+ off-roll hires for Field Sales, 150+ hires in Channel Sales, and 250+ off-roll hires in Customer Success with the target for 2023 reaching a headcount of 500+.
• Ran Academy Model for Hire-Train-Deploy model with respect to campus hires for Customer Success and FinServ Field Sales hiring.
• Increased Employee Referral contribution for Non-Tech as well as Off-Roll hiring.
