- Handling end-to-end Employee life cycle and HR processes: Induction and on boarding, Employee Engagement, Employee Queries & Grievances, Performance Management, Stakeholder Management.
- Experience of working on sourcing job portals like Linkedin, Instahyre, Naukri Indeed, Monster, and on.
- Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) in addition to other sourcing channels (university, competitive research, job fairs, social) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions including cold calling prospects.
- Experience in Hiring Mass/bulk Hiring and lateral Hiring
- Responsible for conducting Prebrief /Strategy Intake, Background checks,Meeting, Conducting Debriefs with Technical panels
before offer rollout,
- Building Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & building partnerships and managing the procurement and measurement process.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process for each role.
- Driving the Campus Recruitments for all the business verticals, have been hiring the Best Talent from the Top B- Schools and E - Schools & universities of our country from IIT’s, IIIT's, IIMs, NIT, MIT to other premium Engineering & B – Schools.
- Hired profiles from campus are for Intern+Associate software
- Engineering , Associate Data Science, Associate Data Analyst and so on.
