Currently, I have been working as a DevOps lead, handling OSS/BSS applications for a leading telecom client.
Monitoring and managing an AWS cluster setup, handling all the changes, implementation, and maintenance of the cluster, along with continuous operational support for the application.
Worked on migration projects for applications, including a cloud checklist for migration, on-prem to cloud migration, and upgrade projects for patch installation.
Enabled MFA across all monitoring applications, and onboarded them to a single standard portal.
