• Coordinating with vendors. ( Lawyer, Valuer & verification Agencies)

• Products: Home Equity Loans/LAP,EBL,PL,GL
• Key Responsibilities:-
• Analysis of Pay slip , Bank Statement and Form-16 ,Financial , Bank Statements & ITR .
• Preparing Subjective cash flow statement & CAM.
• Sanction of the loan (LAP/EBL/PL/GL).

Key Responsibilities:-

• Appraisal of financial documents while underwriting loan applications .
• Personally visit the properties to be kept as mortgage .
• Sanction of the loan (Home Loan, LAP & Plot Loan) and follow up and co-ordinate with Operation for disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Personally taking interview of the customers and Preparing CAM.
• Analysis of Pay slip , Bank Statement and Form-16 ,Financial , Bank Statements & ITR .
• Eligibility calculation considering financial data.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Checking and verifying all the documents of the New Cases as well as Renewal cases.
• Preparing of ETR-GTR for New Cases as well as Renewal Cases
• Preparing Credit Appraisal Memo and preparing periodical stuck audit report.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Visiting dealers place for New client acquisition and liaison.
• Credit underwriting & assessment.
• Limit enhancement and Renewal Agreements of the Dealers and Indent processing.
• Stock Audit and Preparing Stock Audit Report and collection of dues .

• Worked as a recovery executive with Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd.(HDFC LTD)
• Personally visiting to various types of defaulters for recovery of Housing and Educational loans both Pre-EMI and EMI cases of various Buckets throughout Odisha.
