Backup & Recovery: Storage Administration: Server Management: General Duties:

• Monitor daily backup jobs and resolve failures or incomplete jobs.
• Perform root cause analysis for backup issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Execute and test restore operations as needed by application and business teams.
• Document backup jobs, policies, retention schedules, and recovery procedures.
• Monitor storage capacity and performance; assist with expansion or upgrades.
• Perform storage migrations, replication setups, and support DR/BCP planning.
• Maintain storage allocation documentation and access control.
• Perform administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers (physical and virtual).
• Manage user accounts, group policies, patching, and system updates.
• Monitor server health, resource usage, and logs for performance and security.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere
• Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate with vendors for support.
• Assist in system builds, deployments, and server migrations.
• Serve as the escalation point for L1 issues and work with L3 or vendors as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support scheduled maintenance windows.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and support tickets in ITSM tools.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, audits, and compliance efforts.
• Ensure adherence to security and data protection standards.

• Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn for B2B training programs and conferences.
• Conduct outbound calls to corporate decision-makers (L&D, HR, Training Managers, Department Heads).
• Understand client needs and recommend relevant events, workshops, or learning solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Provide input on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity.
• Participate in virtual and in-person events when needed to support client engagement.
