As an Associate Consultant, I am working as an Aerospace Technical Proofreader for AMM manual. The job includes verification and validation of created/updated documents by technical authors. Other responsibilities for the role of proofreader also include:

• Reviewing internal work processes and organizing training plans to address areas in need of improvement.
• Providing advices, making recommendations and implementing problem-solving strategies when business needed to re-energize.
• Tracking, analyzing and comparing documents to determine needed improvements.
• Clarifying various technical doubts in the scope of AMM.

As a Senior Analyst, I worked as a technical author and crosschecker (1st level reviewer) for AMM manual. My job responsibility included:

• Updating/creating technical documentation for the manufacturer.
• Reviewing documents of teammates/colleagues.
• Providing solutions/technical support to the Airline operator on behalf of the manufacturer.
• Managed a team of 5 people and provided support in their individual plannings.
• Conducted stand-up meetings in regular intervals related to various important communications/updates by management and manufacturer.

Joined in Capgemini as an Analyst, I went through the initial trainings related to our project of technical publications for AMM and SRM manuals. Other than the trainings in the first year i have worked in AMM manual. Learned and was able to grasp all the required knowledge to perform well in the job in a very short period of time.
