Product Management ( July-19 to till date)

Project (Ongoing): Building Payzapp, the payments App for HDFC, one of the largest bank in India. The app was recently launched in April 2023 and has already onboarded more than 1M customers in a period of 30 days.

• Creating new age UPI enabled platforms for HDFC bank that can be used by different products within the app
• Leading the development of various new UPI features ranging from Rupay Credit on UPI (launched), UPI on PPI, UPI lite etc from a TPAP POV and UPI Issuer switch from Issuer POV
• Collaborate with bank stakeholders and business teams to align the roadmap of UPI
• Prioritized roadmap in order to achieve product goals and metrics.
• Interacting with customers to get the feedback and incorporate the same to improve the product
• Developed product documentation to communicate and align key components of upcoming features and products to internal teams
• Internal (engineering, program, business) as well as external (bank, NPCI) stakeholder management to align on the product roadmap

Project: Upgrading Sodexo on neo-banking platform and helping building solution for users, corporate customers and merchants

• Lead the entire project in one of the European countries for enabling close loop payments and replacing existing legacy system
• Worked on a user app, merchant app, and back office tools for corporate and sodexo
• Translated stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables for internal teams, such as use cases, data flow (BRDs and PRDs)
• Responsible for designing the wireframes along with the workflows to reflect the UI/UX of the product
• Delivered the MVP in a span of 6 months with onboarding of the first client on the new platform

Project: Integration with payment service provider in Europe

• Lead the integration with FIS in Europe for one of the Sodexo country
• Created specs for development specs for the development team to complete the integration in a span of 3 months
• Successfully tested transactions and the complete payment cycle till clearing

Business Development & Program Management- Banking Domain ( Apr-17 to June-19)

• First member of the Banking Alliances team, to manage Banks, which constitutes as the backbone of the business model
• Catered to a target audience of the decision making machinery at 20+ Banks, including but not limited to leads of Digital Banking, New Initiatives, Info-Sec, Operations etc.
• Responsible for closing 5 banks, 1 being the largest private sector bank and 2 in public sector and negotiating the best commercials
• Maintained relationship with NPCI, MasterCard and VISA
