• Performing Pre-matching for VD-1 trades of Fixed income products for Euroclear Market.
• Escalating Counterparties to recognize the trades on or prior to settlement day.

DWAC:

• Converting bonds from an ISIN to different ISIN based on the requirements.
• Uploading required data to Euroclear market and having regular follow up with them to have the bonds converted.
• Extracting data and publishing MIS for internal review.

ALLEGEMENTS:

• Proactive communication by sending confirmation emails to counterparties, ensuring trades validity and expediting resolution processes.
• Upon receiving counterparty confirmations, promptly liaised with middle office for valid trades, providing trades details. For invalid trades lacking bookings, facilitated necessary action by altering the middle office and deferring any independent actions.
• Extracting data and publishing MIS and High value trades, to the middle office for initiating market bookings or rejecting trades as appropriate.

SCREJ:

• Managed "SCREJ" process, addressing settled rejected trades.
• Ensuring reconciliation between market settlement and ledger records for accurate financial reporting.
• Implemented manual settlement procedures for trades rejected on uncertainty data integrity and financial accuracy.
• Extracting data and publishing trade data with respective teams for prompt decision -making and necessary actions.

FI SHORTS MANAGEMENT:

• Expertise in monitoring and managing bond inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of positions and availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as trading, operations, and compliance to facilitate smooth trade settlement processes.
• Manage relationships with settlement agents, custodians, and other service providers to ensure seamless trade settlement and minimize operational disruptions.

BLR BBR:

• Oversight of the Buy-In process to ensure timely resolution and fulfillment of buy-in requests from counterparties, preventing execution in the market.
• Efficient handling of bond recall notices from Euroclear, ensuring prompt return of borrowed bonds to meet recall deadlines.
• Liaison with counterparties to address buy-in requests and negotiate terms, ensuring smooth resolution and minimizing market impact.
• Conduct risk assessments of buy-in and recall requests, identifying potential market exposure and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

• Conducted due diligence on day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Confirmed trades with counter parties, verifying trade details for accuracy and settling trades in a timely manner.
• Maintained accurate and up-to-date records of trade and settlement activity in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaised with external parties such as custodians, brokers, and banks, as well as internal teams including traders, operations, and risk management teams, to ensure efficient trade settlement and communication of relevant information.
