As a market researcher my job role is to get the significant data of our potential customers from various sources and maintaining it in the spread sheet. This data is then analyzed by the company for further business.

• Coordinated meetings between project members and clients to develop ideas, discuss progress and set goals.

• Reviewed historical data and classified information to inform strategic campaign development.

When I joined Paradigm Stone India Pvt Ltd as a trainee, it was a newly incorporated manufacturing unit which manufactures artificial stones. Here i got an overview of how manufacturing unit works and how the level of management plays an important role in it. After some months of understanding things, I took up the work of cost control. I started to analyze the costing at different level of manufacturing process and informing the same to the management.

• Accurately tracked job activities, expenses and attendance.
• Conducted assessments of employee understanding and performance.
• Identified and communicated to superiors concerning opportunities for curriculum enhancement.
• Wrote contracts for company employees, working towards satisfactory agreement between executives, employees and personal goals.

It was my first working experience. I got this internship from my college. It was a good experience for me to start off my career, understanding how to deal with customers and understanding their concerns and opinion.
