- Working capital management according to Norms of Company
- Identify segment & area wise Potential of market and work on emerging segment and area with different Strategies to maximize outcomes
- Educate dealers and his staff for implementation of various system and Process like FDW and DWM for effective utilization of all the tools
- Train the dealer salesperson about FAB of New Product as well as Strategies to penetrate in Market
- Design and implementation of Effective incentive schemes for dealers, Salesman, and Customers.
