Started and running Aquaculture farming at two different locations. working as a full time professional farmer for the shrimp culture ( L. Vannamei.) . undertaking farming formalities right from pond preparations to stocking of P.L. to rearing of P.L. to marketable size until harvesting. disease management to GMP, feeding etc. handeling labours and guiding them to work efficiently and to their full potential for performing various duties to run the successful culture.

Efficiently conducted lectures for disaster management and Marine Engine - I, for the first and second year Diploma in Fisheries engineering students respectively. Meticulously undertaken the assignments of setting question papers, conduction exam, evaluation of the answer sheets, and preparation of mark lists and submission of results for the above mentioned courses. Completed all institutional and academic work as and when assigned. Deliberately completed the responsibility of maitainence work of college fishing vessel " Matsya Tarangini Tantrada" under my supervision.

Responsibilities like maintaining the Fisheries engineering laboratory and store in prime condition and keeping ready for students to undergo the practical's for various courses also keeping all the concerned registers up to date. conducted various basic workshop practice and workshop technology practicals for the diploma students. was responsible for various information technology activities as and when required.

Involved in implementing different components of research project like coastal ecosystem, fisheries and fishers. completed various survey work for socio economic study of local fisherman for the impact of the proposed power plant. conducted before and after survey and sampling work of coastal ecology habitat flora and fauna of the region. physical chemical and biological parameters of the coastal region was also monitored and evaluated before and after the project implementations.

worked as a technologists in the seafood exporting company. as a fresher was handed over various responsibilities like GMP, HACCP, maintaining quality of the sea material received for processing with respect to hygiene and aseptically processing and packing for various grades and sizes. various responsibilities like raw material receiving to refrigeration and packaging.
