As a Scrum Master & Project Manager:

• Facilitated Scrum framework – PI Planning, Iteration planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

As RTE:

Established and communicated the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs).

As DevOps Admin:

· Created Build jobs in Jenkins and configure with Nexus server. Implemented Maven build adding all dependencies.

· Implemented Jenkins pipeline using configuration in jenkinsfile and groovy file.

· Integrating Sonar Rest Maven Plugin with aggregator module in application. Integrated Jacoco plugin in parent module for code coverage. Guided Dev team in increasing Test coverage using SonarQube.

· Worked on Infrastructure release to implement new features in current application. Implemented 4 clusters (2 Dev and 1 Pre prod(Staging) and 1 Release cluster). Cluster implemented with service mesh. Infrastructure consists of several services with different versions.

· Implementation of Elastic search cluster for collecting information for Security and data storage.

· Azure Cloud set up to integrate this and make it work together.

As JIRA Admin:

· Creating new screen in Jira and map Jira issue types.

· Configure workflow resolution in Jira and create workflow transitions.

Create and configure custom fields and custom workflows with Validators.

As Agile Coach

• Primarily worked with AT&T Sales Express stakeholders to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for adoption of agile best practices.
• Guided teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches.
