Operations:

• Onboarding merchants from various sectors like; Agri Commodity, Food and Beverages, Fabric, Yarn and Garments, and Personal Care.
• Oversaw operations like; collecting the details including product samples and their information (HSN/Dimensions/Ingredients/Graphic Images) and, drafting all the details in the MS Excel sheet.
• Responsible for creating the Dashboard of all the key information of the products and their categories.
• Allocating daily tasks to the team members, motivating them to meet the deadlines.
• Interacting with internal and external team members for the content writing of all the listed products.
• Reviewing attributes, product descriptions, and content reports.
• Drafting and implementing SOPs for a smooth transition.
• Responsible for dispatching all the databases to the portal development team and helping them to fix the real-time error(s).

SEO:

• Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, to improve website visibility and authority.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Craft and implement SEO strategies to optimize website performance.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis for targeted content.
• Execute on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with content creators for SEO-friendly content.
• Monitor technical aspects for optimal site performance.
• Utilize analytics tools for tracking and reporting on SEO metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
