Currently serves as Lead for Group Category Procurement at Adani Infra India Ltd, overseeing all contractual activities from vendor identification and evaluation to tender negotiations and contract drafting for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and data centers. Recognized for executing the Shantigram Township Project valued at Rs. 15,000 Crores with a materials involvement of Rs. 8,000 Crores while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills to achieve organizational goals through a process-oriented approach.

• Successfully implemented the value analysis & value engineering approach in procurement function, which helped to reduce the inventory level.
• Played a pivotal role in minimizing inventory level from 90 days to 35 days for a medium sized construction equipment division.
• Boosted up the Cost-efficient among various inter disciplinary function, eg. Design & Engg, Production Planning, Marketing etc.

• Sourcing & Procurement
• Developing and implementing key procurement strategies / purchase schedules and ensuring that these strategies / schedules are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identifying and developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of manufacturing items; involved in techno-commercial negotiations and finalizing orders.
• Formulating budgets for timely procurement of materials to ensure smooth execution of the projects.
• Materials Management & Control
• Managing raw material stores operations, ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production process.
• Developing effective material management systems & procedures for inventory items and carrying out stock analysis for better inventory control.
• Conducting routine inspection & stock audits to ensure reconciliation of physical stock at the warehouse; carrying out disposal of surplus / obsolete stock and NPA.
• Process & Quality Assurance
• Handling production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.
• Proactively identifying areas of obstruction and taking appropriate corrective measures.
• Preparing and maintaining Process Modules as per company Quality systems.
• Vendor development & Management
• Leading vendor database management & performance evaluation for contractors, suppliers etc.
• Active participation in contractor development by doing their existing site visit , evaluating company profile and shortlisting them based on their financial capability , manpower strength past work execution history & market feedback etc.

• USS, Transformers, HT & LT control panels, DG sets , Solar panels construction equipments such as transit mixers, trucks, forklifts, hydras, paver block machine, pan mixer etc.
• Also involved in procurement of project materials such as M.S.,GI ,HDPE ,RCC,CPVC,UPVC DWC pipes & fittings, valves, pumps, HDPE geomembrane , HT/LT cables etc.
• Have purchased spares for HM loaders,Cranes such as Manitowoc, Liebherr, Hindustan Motors, Kobelco ,American etc. , Cat Excavators, HM Dumpers ,Kamag Trailors , Godrej Forklifts, Ace Hydras, Cat Dozers ,Stetter make Transit Mixers & Concrete Pump , Kress Slag pot carriers, Cat backhoe loaders , D.G. Sets , Compressors etc.

• Vested with the responsibilities to procure various spares require for maintenance of more than 300 Heavy Equipments working in Hazira Site . Procurement of Capital Goods as well as Spares both from domestic and international market. Annually (Import - 10 crores , Domestic- 25 crores).
• Finalization of Elevators packages based on their utilities such as residential , commercial , industrial & data centre projects
• Finalization of PHE & fire fighting contracts pertaining to residential commercial , industrial & Data centre projects.
• Finalization of MOUs for CPVC,UPVC, HDPE pipes ,fire fighting items such as fire extinguishers , fire fighting accessories & Elevators to cater demand for bulk Capex group requirement.
