I have delivered as a part of flagship S/4 Hana transformation program and business operations that have significantly contributed to Shell's Powering Progress Strategy. Here is an overview of my key deliverables:

• Contributed to the change action plan, established robust feedback mechanisms to capture insights from end users and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Spearheaded the communication strategy and initiatives, stakeholder engagements, and facilitated the end-user training for over 300 end users.
• Managed SharePoint site to facilitate seamless access for appropriate stakeholders.
• Developed and managed databases by ensuring proper data tracking, storage, and access control for the leadership team.
• Managed vendor relationships effectively with 8+ vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Led the documentation and process automation initiative for resourcing and recruitment processes.
• Contributed to the 1.9 million dollar cost-saving initiative in Upstream resourcing by analyzing contractor and staff day rates across different lines of business and portfolios for different job groups and countries.
