GSTR2B Reconciliation Automation Process

(Corona Remedies Pvt Ltd, Indo-Count Industries Limited & Adani Enterprises)

• Worked closely with the technical team for mapping the fields for GSTR2B reconciliation .
• Understood the Tax procedure of all the clients thoroughly to make changes in the system as applicable.
• Worked on KGCP tool as an ASP tool to implement the GSTR2B reconciliation.
• Involved in the project from the kick off meeting till delivering the project and Go-Live support.
• Prepared documents like As- Is , To Be, BRD, FSD, Test Documents, UAT document, user manual during the process.
• Prepared custom T Code where user can carry out activities like hold / release for vendor payments. Additionally, also generated reports where all the activities were captured.
• Worked on vendor categorization and also approval process to change the vendor categories as per user hierarchy.
• Performed UAT with core users and created user manuals for the ease of users.

E-Invoice and E-Way Bill Configuration
(Corona Remedies Pvt Ltd, Musashi Auto Parts India Pvt Ltd & Rashmi Metaliks Limited)

• Did consultation on both new and existing implementation and support projects for E-Invoice and E-Way Bill.
• Worked on GST provider - KGCP tool to configure E-Invoice and E- Way Bill process.
• Worked on custom module development for Gate Process & Weigh Bridge and captured all the scenarios.
• Traveled to client locations to implement SAP solutions and offered post-installation support services.
• Developed and executed Test Scripts , recorded Test results and maintained errors and bug tracking.
• Took process sign off and performed UAT of end to end process.

GST India GAP Analysis and Implementation Process
(Beam Suntory)

• Prepared As- Is and To- BE documents for the GST implementation where in To Be document end to end GST cycle process was mapped as per business requirements.
• Attended daily meeting with higher management to see the progress and ensure every step is mapped for GST process.
• Understood the data flow from salesforce to SAP with CRM functional team. Additionally, mapped the GST configuration as per different processes of business.
• Worked with SD and MM consultant where GST all scenarios where tested.

• Prepared and filed GST monthly/quarterly returns like GSTR-1,GSTR-2B,GSTR-3B ,Annual Return of the various proprietorship firm.
