• Oversee overall operational and customer quality, ensuring compliance with Quality standards.
• Ensure Export Cargo Quality Assurance throughout all stages—Receiving, PDI Operation, Logistics handling, and final delivery at the customer end.

• Driving weekly verification of countermeasures to eliminate repeat defects and sustain process improvements.
• Lead RBA meetings with CFT to identify root causes and apply Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Audit and assess critical products to ensure they meet specific quality requirements and critical part standards.
• Develop, review, and update core quality documents, including PFD, Control Plans, procedures, SOPs, and WI.
• Monitor and control Plant PPM, track rework and rejection data, and initiate improvement measures accordingly.
• Maintaining “zero-detect goals” through Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) developed with the QC team.
• Monitor/Upgrade the skills levels of Quality and Safety personnel through targeted training and development programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S, safety campaigns, and KYT and suggestion schemes, to enhance Quality, Safety and process efficiency.
• Seamless coordination with team members to align with organizational quality objectives and operational excellence targets.

· Responsible for overall Product Quality during production, storage, processing, packing and dispatch.

· Visit planning and analysis of customer claims, feedback/co-ordination for corrective actions.

· Interface with customers for improvement of product quality.

· Responsible for audit plan, schedule, checklists for auditing, checking PWC NC reports closing, monitoring of quality objectives and target.

· Implementation of quality standard requirement at supplier location.

· Audits and assessment of suppliers of critical packing materials.

· Generating quality reports and communication to production team.

· Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem-solving techniques for effective RCA and successful corrective action against quality concern.

· To maintain Rework & Rejection record, make Pareto Chart for analysis.

· In-house Countermeasure verification on a weekly basis for reducing repeat failures.

· Responsible for Monitoring/upgrading skill level of quality personnel.

· Monitoring the Quality standards at all stages of production.

· Maintaining the original masters, reference sample and limit sample for easy retrieval.

· Preparation, review and submission of PFD, Procedures, SOP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, WI etc.

· Preparation of quality reports to be presented to management.

· Coordinating with team members to ensure achievement of all objectives as delegated by the organisation.

• Responsible for overall Plant quality of Machining shop & their operations.
• Responsible for In Process Product & Process Inspection.
• Visiting customer in case of customer complaints, arranging containment action immediately, finding RCA and taking corrective action.
• Responsible for NPD Quality as per customer specific requirements.
• Conduct process audit, Product audit & internal audit, checking NC reports closing, monitoring of quality objectives and target.
• Taking care of Quality during sheet Metal assembly Processes & its component which is performed on press machine (press fit, bending, surface grinding, swaging).
• Optimizes Process Capability on significant characteristics through effective application of statistical analysis techniques.
• Preparation, review and update of PFD, Control plan, Procedures, SOP & PPAP for existing products as well as new products as per IATF 16949.
• To maintain Layout Inspection of Products as per drawing specifications.
• Conduct Testing for all Incoming and FG Material.
• Maintain all equipment, gauges, and instruments in accordance with MSA and ISO guidelines.
• Reporting and initiation of corrective action for major deviation.
• Maintaining the original masters of machining components for easy retrieval.
• Process customer as own end to reduce customer complaint, and implementing actions against customer concerns.
• Supervising the quality standards at all stages of production.
• Taking care of Quality gate (PDI gate).
• Maintaining the original masters, reference sample and limit sample for easy retrieval.
• Responsible for Monitoring/upgrading skill level of quality personnel.
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

• Responsible for Weld shop quality, welding tests, fabrication part inspection.
• Welding parameter setting and validation as per standard requirement.
• Ensure welding Quality and defects of fabricated components with developing of WPS/PQR and WPOQ as per ASME standard.
• Well familiar with ASME Sec. II, V, VIII, IX, ASTM specification of PIPE/TUBE.
• Preparation of Process rejection Data & all Graphical Data / Trends on a daily basis and monthly basis.
• Conducting NDT (VT, PT, LT, and RT) inspection for assembly components.
• Ensuring calibration of measuring and monitoring equipment/instruments used for Welding Machine.
• Responsible for meeting quality parameter & controlling defects of weld shop.
• Conducting Process audit, Product audit as per plan.
• Doing line walk through, giving NDT clearance, clearance for hydro test.
• Data analysis/investigation for improvement of welding and feedback to Quality Head.
• Handling Welding Activity- Online Machine Welding without Filler Material (EFW)- TIG or TIG+PAW
• Identify Concerns regarding Manufacturability, Joining (through weld spots, TIG/MIG & PAW).
• Ensure correct use of Hoses, Pipes, Flanges, Fittings, Valves etc. and their dimensions as per standard requirement.
• To investigate & analyse last day rejection along with the production team and decide corrective action jointly.
• All document of Incoming Quality Control (incoming inspection report, Material Non-conformance Report - MNCR, Supplier Quality Issue, etc.).
