Roles And Responsibilities
- Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
- Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
- Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product launches to meet customer requirements.
- Lead PPM improvement plan for strategic customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Tool room to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Define CTQ’s (Critical To Quality) & CTF’s (Critical To Function)& allocate skilled operators at critical stations.
- Process improvements & defects detection ability enhancement by correlating the market defects, process defects & outgoing defects.
- Process Continual improvement on the basis of Market/Customer feedback
- Regular interface with vendor for better quality in components.
- Vendor Visit for vendor assessment.
- Responsible for Reliability & Type testing of Air conditioner.
- Test Plan & Results
- Performance & Noise tests, Reports & Approval.
- C/M follow-up, record and verify the effectiveness of C/M for Reliability Problems.
- Establishments & Revision of Rule and test standards as n when required.
- Calibration in charge of the test equipments used in QA Deptt.
- To identify potential areas for improving the performanceof the production system as a whole, and to develop the necessary solutions in these areas.
