• Assist to other for APX and Axys application.
• Core job is to perform the trade reconciliation of funds and portfolios by cash position ,cost-basis and market value.
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Conduct research and investigation of all discrepancies.
• Set up and update portfolios with accurate information.
• Update security ,price and index and FX rate files with accurate information.
• Research on corp-action and process with accurate data.
• Responsible for data flow management and quality control to ensure all investment data is processed properly.
• Update daily and monthly performance for portfolios.

Project: Reconciliation and Investcloud migration

Application: AXYS and APX

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working for US and Canadian market.
• Leading 8-10 people team.
• Working on MIS reporting part.
• Core job is to perform the trade reconciliation of funds and portfolios by cash position ,cost-basis and market value.
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Conduct research and investigation of all discrepancies.
• Set up and update portfolios with accurate information.
• Update security, price and index and FX rate files with accurate information.
• Research on corp-action and process with accurate data.
• Responsible for data flow management and quality control to ensure all investment data is processed properly.
• Update daily and monthly and quarterly performance for portfolios.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly and daily reports for financial advisory.
• Resolve client's queries regarding accounts and any discrepancies.
• Migrating different clients on Investcloud.
• Extracting historical and current data from existing system and make it suitable for Investcloud load.
• Exceptional handling from Investcloud load log.
• Handling daily and monthly quality check of process and Prepare knowledge performance indicator.
• Maintaining leave tracker, capacity planning training planes.
• Work on documentation and quality check.
• Application Used :Axys,APX (Advent Portfolio Exchange),Portia,Tradar,Finra,Fidelity,Yahoo finance,Custodian websites,Index websites and Microsoft excel etc.

Project: Six Financial Information

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Worked for US market
• Handling Client's Queries and Requests through E-mails, Faxes, Tickets, and Projects.
• Setting up New securities for Federals (Mortgage-Backed Securities, Discount Notes, Adjustable-Rate Securities) Municipals Bonds, Remarkable Bonds, Corporate Bonds, Notes, Medium Term Notes, Step up Securities, ADR/GDR Money market Securities like commercial Paper, Certificate of Deposit from various data sources.
• Setting and Updating of complex securities such as ABS / CMO / CMBS / CDO / CLO & warrants based on Underlying.
• Perform quality assurance to validate accuracy
• coverage and completeness of the information using all available checking tools.
• Updating rating information of securities and issuer from the rating website (S&P / Moody's / Fitch)
• Corporate Action: delivers accurate and complete information for various corporate action types including mandatory and voluntary corporate events such as coupon payments (regular or irregular, fixed coupons). Final maturity, sinking fund / repurchase, early redemption. Merger, Acquisition, Delisting, Initial Public Offering ect.
• Amending Issues ,updating pricing details
• Dividend Announcements and Interest Payment details received by various interest rate calculations & fixing agents.
• Quality Improvement and preparation of Quality reports.
• Updates Tracking and Ticket handling.
• Coordinating and guiding new team members in regards to process adherence application knowledge.
