• Managed a 12-month project that involved enhancing the existing IMG Academy CRM to accommodate new sales tactics by adjusting data structures and addressing reporting needs.
• Migrated the existing Adobe Marketo instance to Marketo Engage and reintegrated it with CRM as well as PowerBI.

Adobe eSign License Management:

• Management ongoing assignment and usage of Adobe eSign licenses by auditing and identifying areas for utilization across various projects within Endeavor business units.
• Devised and implemented policies and procedures for compliant license usage.
