
Network Engineer / NOC professional with hands-on experience in enterprise routing, switching, and WAN operations. Proactively monitor MPLS and IIL links for enterprise customers using Netmon, ensuring high network availability and minimal downtime.
Successfully manage 20–30+ network incidents and service tickets daily, including link down, latency, packet loss, and hardware-related issues.
Perform effective fault isolation to identify internal network issues and prevent unnecessary ISP escalations.
Coordinate with multiple ISPs by raising, tracking, and closing dockets to restore external link failures efficiently.
Provide real-time support to users for network connectivity issues, access point failures, site isolation problems, and IP phone disruptions.
Execute bandwidth testing and performance validation for newly deployed MPLS and IIL links to ensure service readiness.
Handle RMA creation and replacement coordination for faulty network devices, reducing service impact.
Configure, support, and troubleshoot Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet switches in production environments.
Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, contributing to stable WAN operations.
