· 12+ years of experience in IT as Quality Assurance and Scrum Master. Relevant experience as a Scrum Master 4+ years.

· Well versed and have extensive experience with Agile and Scrum Methodology.

· Responsible for guiding the team to follow the rules of Scrum and help the team focus on Sprint goals.

· Facilitates the team’s events such as Sprint Planning, Estimation, Sprint reviews and Demos, Retrospectives.

· Facilitates the team’s progress towards the Sprint goals by challenging the old norms of development to improve the team's performance in the area of quality and predictability, flow and velocity.

· Supports the Product Owner in his/her efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.

· Facilitate elimination of impediments and actively address issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the sprint.

· Promotes quality practices and coaches the team to meet the Definition of Done; Fosters the culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship.

· Strong at requirement analysis and requirement gap analysis, getting requirements clear from client or product management team.

· Experience in handling multiple projects as a team m and good at people management.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

· Solid work experience in leading Agile development/testing projects, familiar with Agile Methodologies and experienced scrum master.

· Experience in Automating web applications and developing automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, Maven and TestNG.

· Experience in performing Performance tests using JMeter and API Testing using Postman.

· Strong knowledge in understanding Business specifications, testing requirements and developing detailed Test plans, Test scripts/scenarios and Estimations.

· Experience in implementing CI/CD processes using Git and Jenkins tools.

· Excellent communication, organizational and debugging skills, ability to handle multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

· Collaborate with Business teams, Product managers, engineers, Support and Sales to priorities assignments and manage successful delivery.

· Expertise in documenting defects with high level of detail, accuracy, and informative recreation steps using JIRA, Bugzilla and TFS.

· Expertise in back-end testing and writing SQL queries and SQL Server.
