I am an engineer with a strong academic background and credentials in management, having completed Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management from Mahindra Institute of Quality, Senior Management Programme from IIM Kolkata, and ISO , IATF Auditor certification from IRQS .I am a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional from Ethicsindia and a certified assessor from the Baldrige Foundation and Tata Business Excellence. I am also a certified trainer for Quality Circles. I have acquired proficiency through training of Green Belt , Daily Management and Risk Management from reputed institutions .
I got an opportunity to work with renowned JUSE TQM consultants during Tata Steel's Deming Application Prize preparation. I am a member of ISQ, ASQ, CII TPM Club of India, and the Hony Secretary of ISQ Jamshedpur Chapter.
I got recognised and received various individual and team awards at Organisation and National level. For digital project "Smart Warehouse in PT Warehouse " , our team won 1st prize in National Productivity Competition, Bhubaneshwar. I received " Outstanding Achievement Award of the Year " in National Excellence Award 2024. I got featured in Litteratura and Fames India ( 60 under 60 Awards)Magazines .
