Transaction Advisory: Completed transaction advisory for 16 Rahi properties under the PPP model, encompassing the preparation of feasibility reports, financial models, and the execution of the RFQ and RFP processes for e-tendering. This included bid evaluation, bidder shortlisting, and the preparation of detailed evaluation reports.

Heritage Properties: In consultation with the client, conducted a comprehensive study outlining objectives, scope of services, evaluation criteria, deliverables, and other requirements for the adaptive reuse of heritage properties in Uttar Pradesh under the PPP model. Successfully completed transaction advisory for 6 heritage properties.

Tourism Promotion: Collaborated with the department on new projects aimed at attracting tourism, including the promotion of rural tourism. Drafted the RFP for the empanelment of agencies dedicated to the development of rural tourism and homestays in rural areas.

Policy Development: Provided key insights for drafting the new Tourism Policy of Uttar Pradesh (2022) and contributed to the drafting of the State Land Lease Policy (2024) along with its guidelines.

Marketing and Promotion: Contributed to the empanelment process of various marketing and promotional agencies for the state, and evaluated bids based on predetermined criteria for various tender processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participated in stakeholder consultation meetings, integrating their feedback to enhance tourism promotion strategies in the state.
