• Role and Responsibility:
• Working as Shift Incharge in the precast yard at the Ganga Bridge Project.
• There is a total of 1,740. Extradosed segment (Short Line Method) and 742 no's viaduct segment (Long Line Method segment) width of segment 28 m.
• Monitoring the execution work according to the planned schedule and technical specifications, observing reasons for shortfalls, and taking measures in consultation with the site engineer to expedite the work.
• Rising MR as per required material.
• Delegated work to staff, setting priorities and goals.

• Project: Extension of the Barapullah Extradosed Elevated Road across the Yamuna River Phase III from Sarai Kale Khan to Mayur Vihar, New Delhi.
• Client: PWD, Delhi.
• Duration: August 11, 2015, to May 24, 2021.
• Role and Responsibility:
• Precast Yard.
• Working as a shift engineer in the precast yard at the Barapullah Extradosed Bridge Phase III.
• Quantity calculation of materials required at the site.
• Co-ordination with planning, clients, and subordinates.

There are a total of 3,127. of segments of various widths.

Ranging from 10.0, 12.0, 12.85, 13.5, 15.5, 17.85, and 20.8 M in width.

Post-tensioning.

To execute post-tensioning work in precast extradosed segments, as well as erection work.

Quantity calculation of materials required at the site.

Regularly coordinate with planning, clients, and subordinates.

Preparing Management Information Reports, such as DPR and MPR.

Preparing subcontractor and client billing on a monthly basis.

BEARING INSTALLATION

To execute the installation of a span spherical bearing. Dealing with the client and internal QA/QC personnel about bearing inspection and quality of work.

Discussing the planning and section in charge, and how to increase cycle time.

Following the work procedure of bearing installation and grouting.

Preparing subcontractor and client billing on a monthly basis. Raising the MR for required material and providing reconciliation on a monthly basis.
