Oversaw change management efforts to support implementation of critical initiatives driving technology, process and culture changes.


Maintenance for the implementation of Major / Minor Changes using prepared detailed Release Plans involving correct mapping services filtering out duplicate CIs using import set utilities, creating service catalog for CI creation, monitoring plan timing versus actual timing, PIR , Facilitating CAB, FSC and communication with implementers, testers and stakeholders and initiating escalations as needed.


As a of the CMDB team, role involved analysis of CMDB for various business units. This included analysis of CIs mappings & relationships, and providing inputs on how to re-define the CMDB structure for overall improvement of ITIL processes


Role also involved working as a CMDB Librarian: creation of CIs, defining attributes & classes of CIs and updating CMDB .


Working closely with the Change Management team to understand the challenges being faced by operations team & how improvements in CMDB can improve the IT Service Management of the business units


Updated team documentation, work instructions and procedures , KPI , Power BI.
