• Assisted in the review and finalization of the Design Basis, Layout, PFDs, P&IDs, HMB, and GAD for major process units, including reaction, filtration, and concentration sections.
• Created a blending chart for optimizing rock phosphate grades, enabling efficient raw material utilization.
• Supported equipment datasheet review for the various equipment and units, such as HVBF, pumps, crushing units, heat exchangers, etc.
• Maintained a Master Document List, ensuring seamless documentation control and easy traceability across the engineering and procurement stages.
• Coordinated project timelines and resources with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinated with licensor's and consultants to validate process parameters and design assumptions.

Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP – 1500 KLD & 335 KLD Capacity)

• Monitored project progress from engineering to commissioning.
• Ensuring the timely approval of the document and supply of materials to the site by managing the lead time of equipment, procurement schedules, follow-ups, and logistics.
• Coordinated with the civil team during execution, ensuring the timely completion of equipment foundations, trenches, and structural supports, as per engineering drawings.
• Collaborated with the mechanical team during erection, overseeing the installation of pumps, tanks, piping, and other mechanical systems.
• Led cold and hot commissioning activities, ensuring the readiness of equipment, piping, and electrical systems for safe and efficient startup. Supervised commissioning protocols, including flushing, hydrotesting, loop checks, and trial runs.
