Description
ADP has its own HCM Vantage enterprise and PeopleSoft HCM enterprise. My role as a Business Analyst is to be a part of implementation phase providing assistance to create additional custom interfaces that would be identified. There would be multiple such implementation clients allotted based on the complexity and the availability by project manager. Once the projects are assigned, then it would be my responsibility in elicitation of requirements, ensuring the requirements are documented and projects are on right track thereafter following the different phases of the software life-cycle. Here additional customs also include development of inbound and outbound interfaces as well as per the client or 3rd party interfaces requirements.
Accomplishments
- Awarded the Podium prodigy Award in fiscal year of 2023 for the month of June for outstanding contribution to the organization in building complex interfaces which were project critical
- Awarded as Dashing Debut for the month of February & October for giving conceptual ideas to improve and automate internal process.
- Also recognized for Mymoments Awards by the clients and project manager for working hard and delivering expected results before due date.
