• Understand and analyze the requirements, Preparation of automation scripts and execution in Desktop Platforms.
• Dry runs of automated scripts in Chrome, Safari, Edge and FireFox Platforms.
• Maintenance of test automation scripts.
• Participated in meetings with the team.
• Co-ordinating Test team members to resolve the issues.
• Understanding the Requirements with formulas and functional specifications of the application.
• Retesting defect fixes on each release build.
• Supporting the team on their script issues and giving solutions and ideas.
• Propose improvements to current practices ensuring that approved enhancement is fully implemented, and the repeat errors are eliminated.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and understanding business requirements using the requirement document.
• Involved in preparation and peer review of test scenarios and test cases based on user stories.
• Involved in Smoke, Regression, Compatibility, Database, Globalization, and User Interface Testing.
• Attend Scrum meetings and work according to Agile process.
• Executing the test cases and preparing the test execution reports.
• Analyzing the root cause for the failed test cases.
• Discovering new defects and tracking them in the Defect Management tool.
• Coordinate with the developers and resolve issues. Sending weekly reports to the on-site team.
• Involved in team management and metrics preparation.
