• Liaise with other functional/Business partners to understand all necessary aspects and needs of store staff training.
• Content development & best practice implementation among stores.
• Ensure that the training reflects analysis of retail store KPI's like PLI, CCL, POP, OG, NPS.

• Delivering Induction for NSO & New joiners Jewelry Consultants & Store managers.
• Delivering store training for KPI's like PLI, CCL, POP, OG, NPS.
