Booking:-

• Ensure that the sales team has uploaded all necessary documents to start the project
• Collaborate with sales team to collect documents and manage renewal orders.

Scheduling:-

• Collaborating with clients to arrange the project schedule.
• Engage with the customer to gather Vulnerability Configuration Outputs for pipeline projects.
• Assigning engineers to projects according to their specific skill sets.
• Create comprehensive project documentation including status reports for senior management review.
• Accountable for overseeing the project timeline and managing the timesheet
• Maintaining work bench management in the project management tool (OPEX) for engineers.
• Focused on the completion of projects to achieve quarterly and annual booking and billing objectives.
• Taking feedback from clients upon project completion.
• Involved in scheduling technical sessions for Engineers to keep them occupied when the workload is low.

Billing:-

• Work with Business Unit heads to set monthly billing projections and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Weekly Status on the billing milestone with Delivery Managers to meet the billing targets.
• Following up on Sign Offs, timesheets, device counts, Takedowns, IPs from client once milestone is reached.
• Notifying the invoices to Finance team with supporting document.
• Highlight billing milestones slipped for the month to the management and coordinating with DMs to fill in the gaps to meet the target.
• Collecting project closure document from client once the project comes to an end.
• Coordinating with BU heads and Delivery Manager in collection issues from the delivery team to ensure we collect money without any hiccups.

• Provide technical support to Microsoft clients using Dynamics 365 tool as a functional consultant to clients
• Use various tools for troubleshooting and provide resolution to the clients within the defined SLA
• Raise bugs if necessary and keep the clients updated as per the defined SLA

• Assigning/Allocating work to team members
• Liaise with the relationship managers / Project managers / Client Managers / Billing & Invoicing team to ensure seamless experience
• Timely addressal of client issues in the project and ensure implementation of client feedback
• Perform Audit & Compliance check adhering to the policy
• Implementation of Quality & Audit Assurance, AML, Sanctions, Client Onboarding, Process & Procedures
• Chairing Meetings, Team Handling, Addressing Client concerns
• Status report to the leadership team
• Prepare Capacity Models for the team on a monthly basis
• Work with L&D team on upskilling the associates
• Migrated new CRM platform MS Dynamics 365 to the team from HSBC in house application by working with transformation team and IT
• On-boarded around 8000 users onto the CRM platform in bulk validating their entitlements across 52 countries
