Contributed to the successful launch of key features across both Consumer and Commercial domains within the bank. Currently engaged in exploring and uncovering GenAI use cases to drive innovation and enhance business operations.

  • Leading products across 2 key customer journeys. Responsible for the complete Product Lifecycle from Planning to Execution including strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
  • Part of the GenAI Use-Case Discovery Team, responsible for presenting innovative use cases to the GenAI Council. Successfully submitted 3-5 use cases focused on Fraud Prevention and Productivity Enhancement, which are currently prioritized in the enterprise backlog. This initiative is aimed at uncovering and implementing high-impact GenAI opportunities across the organization.
  • Responsible for collaborating with LoBs to establish a roadmap and with Tech partners and Product design teams for execution planning.
  • Launched Credit Rating integration on Online Banking (OLB) and scaled up to 13Mn users in a year; launched a customized debt optimization product (for employees, as of now) and Debt-to-Income tool for customers on Online banking; Launched revised Security hub on the native banking app.
  • Improved Search engine conversion across Wells Fargo public site (www.wellsfargo.com) by introducing critical features such as Keyword Optimization, Search Results Preview, Top 3 Common questions, Highlight best results etc. Currently focused on reducing customer contract centre calls (Target: 5% reduction) for specific topics by introducing action cards in search.
  • Drive innovation – built a culture of innovation in the team; running a program named “Sprout” to provide an environment for budding ideas which can make way into backlog. 3 successful ideas made into backlog to production
