Project Overview: To modernize company-wide operations by leveraging IDIT Suite. Projects spans across multiple phases with more than 20 products, integration of all departments, business processes and third-party applications.

• BA SPOC for all Motor Product, Policy related setup and design
• Involved in analysis, brainstorm sessions and iterations to design various solution alternatives in line with Business expectations
• Lead/Participated in Customer workshops to furnish configurational information in Product templates
• Documentation of finalized solution design based on Sapiens IDIT functionalities as per business expectations
• Conducting business walkthrough for the agreed solution design drafted as Stories in SDSs
• Accountable for furnishing the setup books and provide walkthrough to Sapiens Team (Architects, Dev, IEs, QAs)

• Designed the blueprint for Bajaj's complete E-commerce sales flow from multiple tier source systems to the ERP suite aiding gap analysis
