• As a Mobile QA Lead, involved in testing native apps on both iOs and Android platforms.
• Estimated and Planned 7 major releases for APAC, EMEA and NA regions.
• Managed QA team of 8 and ramped them up on functionality, mobile testing and client specific processes.
• Created Test Strategy, test plan , test cases based on the requirements outlined in the User Stories. Additionally, I actively participated in gathering requirements from the Product team and conducted thorough analysis to ensure clarity before the commencement of the development cycle.
• Engage with clients and Vendor Teams on a daily basis, contributing to sprint planning, sprint story grooming, story acceptance exercises, sprint retrospectives, and occasionally facilitating client-specific scrum calls.

Client : Disney CruiseLine Navigator (DCL)

• As a Mobile QA Lead and functional SME, involved in testing the native and hybrid mobile applications testing on both iOS and Android platforms
• Estimated and planned 3 major releases
• Managed QA team of 8 in both Onshore and Offshore, ramp them up on functionality, mobile testing and client specific processes
• Create Test strategy, test plan, test scripts and test cases from the requirements and the Ultron design documents and extensively involved in collecting the requirements from the Product team and analyzing the requirements before actual development cycle begins
• Interact with clients and Vendor Teams daily and participate in sprint planning, sprint story grooming, story acceptance exercise calls, sprint retros and run the client specific scrum call occasionally
• Performed end to end testing, extensively used Charles Proxy in monitoring the service calls from the mobile applications
• Performed Rest API validations using Postman, Tested integration with API’s on mobile applications
• Experienced in accessibility and analytics testing for the mobile applications

• Playing role of Test data lead in team of 4 members.
• Has been part of multiple test data model releases in PIER
• Daily collaboration with Client and Vendor teams and Sent task mail and status mail for team both onsite and offshore
• As a functional and automation tester – Gathering requirements for different sprints and creation of Test scenarios and Test Case for Execution.
• Attend the scrum call and the functional grooming session and provide inputs from testing perspective with resizing of the test requirements.
• Attending Defect Triage call to address the defects logged as part of execution phase
