Over the past 16 years, I have focused on building and nurturing strong and high performing teams for various businesses. ‘People first’ is a philosophy I am deeply passionate about and that resonates in the work I have done with my teams. I specialise in building equitable and long term processes and guidelines that empower teams to succeed and ensure high engagement levels. Being an HR Advisory leader, I have worked with teams that have grown significantly while operating passionately and being successful.   • At Mudrex, the role extends to cover all aspects of the employees' career experience aiming at intrinsic and long term growth
  • Scaled the Mudrex team 2x during my tenure with crucial business and hiring forecast partnering
  • Have designed and curated inclusive and 'people first' policies that ensured business success and highly engaged teams
  • Been a strong thought leader and HR advisor to the founding team during my tenure
  • Established a strong coaching network internally to provide employees with more face time and hands-on mentoring
  • Play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent through employer branding initiatives and people connect interventions

  • At Hubilo, I led the HRBP team and was a thought leader and culture ambassador with different heads of functions
  • Supported globally distributed teams in the pandemic to ensure compliance and continued business success
  • Held the responsibility of policy and guideline establishment in a remote-only set up while being mindful, empathetic yet reasonable and causing no business disruption
  • Played the role of HR Advisor to all function heads across the organization
  • Worked on setting up the D&I charter, an L&D function and the competitive rewards framework for the organization
  • The team raised Series B funding and scaled significantly during my tenure and my team ensured 100% compliance to the people experience standards established.

  • At Recruiterbox, my role entailed culture establishment and building team success on those tenets
  • Worked very closely with the CEO to build a lean but strong team that grew intrinsically and helped the product grow significantly
  • Played the role of strategic HR advisor to manage change, conflict resolution, culture based growth among other business agenda
  • Handled all people operations independently including and not limited to hiring, payroll, employee relations and exit management
  • While managing all employee relations in the ELC, I had designed processes and guidelines that worked for the team considering the diversity of skills we had onboard
  • Successfully handled change management for the team during acquisition as well

  • At Directi, I joined as a Location HR Manager but soon grew to be completely responsible for Bangalore entirely. It was their second biggest facility with a large and distributed team
  • The entire ELC from onboarding to exits came under my purview here too. Had the opportunity to design and scale employee experience guidelines and initiatives here as well
  • Was also responsible for learning and development and became the L&D Lead across locations. It was during this time that I launched ExpertsSpeak - an in-house powerful medium of knowledge sharing
  • Ably partnered with key stakeholders to advise, support and mentor growing Leaders handle policies that were inclusive and people friendly
  • It was during my tenure that we unified the distributed offices and moved to one large space and established smooth operational systems to ensure no business disruption and continued success.
