· Working with assigned global business unit (FAWLEY Site UK). Identifying project requirements and coordinating development of project management systems deliverables and reviews for brownfield project organization. Administering multiple projects with consistent responsibilities.
· Participation in Invitation to Tenders, Vendor Bid Evaluation and Contractor selection. Developing coordination procedure for new engineering contractor. Monitoring and controlling engineering, execution planning, procurement and project closeouts.
· Stewarding engineering contractor’s performance, align key stakeholders, engage discipline experts, integrate brownfield requirements.
· Managing the process of identifying and resolving project issues by coordinating with all necessary stakeholder. Facilitating seamless transition between project phases, locations and key stakeholders.
Marjan Increment Program Pkg-2 Project (MIP PKG 2) Client: Saudi Aramco | Location: Tanajib field, KSA
Key responsibilities: Deputed at site during execution phase for completion of installation, assembly & testing activities of Mechanical Packages by coordinating with stakeholders like vendors, yard execution team, quality personnel, TPIs, Safety department etc. Responsible for Preparation of preservation procedures & checklists for mechanical equipment. Performing preservation of project material & obtaining approval from client for same. Proactively supporting for GRN & IMIR preparation of equipment arriving at site to ensure is done within scheduled time frame.
